In this workshop we will focus on effortless acrobatics within the form of Contact Improvisation.We will study pathways for both the base and the flyer that create ease in partnering and flight. The workshop will cultivate awareness for dynamic dancing as a whole group, moving in and out of partnering in duets, trios, quartets and as an ensemble.
